GPS Leadership Development
MDM teamed up with Exploratory Leadership company, Studio/E to offer a unique program to rising leaders in the Twin Cities. Young people between 16 – 24 participated in a three-month program, meeting one Saturday each month.
Throughout their experience, the participants were able to:
Identify and articulate their vision for the future they desire
Create a compelling purpose statement to keep them grounded on their journey
Build self-awareness and self-confidence to inform their self-direction
Build community with a diverse network of like-minded peers
